Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing

After an order is placed, DPA reviews the products, quantities and delivery location.
Delivery charges are not included in the product price and are not calculated on the website. They are borne by the customer.
Orders are processed for dispatch after DPA confirms them. The estimated processing time is 1-2 business days.
Orders confirmed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Bulk orders may take additional time, which DPA will tell you when the order is confirmed.

Delivery charges are borne by the customer. They are not shown or calculated on the website.
They depend on the delivery location, product quantity, package/carton size, weight, number of packages, delivery method and other logistics factors.
For large or bulk orders, special delivery arrangements may be made on request.

Estimated delivery for Bengaluru and nearby areas: 2-4 business days after dispatch.
Estimated delivery for other cities in India: 4-7 business days after dispatch, depending on the location and courier service.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They may vary depending on the destination, product availability and courier/logistics service.
Delays can happen because of weather, strikes, courier issues or other circumstances beyond DPA's control. DPA is not liable for any delay.
Risk in the goods passes to you when DPA hands them over to the carrier.

DPA sends order updates on WhatsApp or by phone, and you can follow your order status in My orders.
When a courier is used, DPA shares the tracking details with you once the order is dispatched.

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact DPA within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the parcel and the products.
Claims made after 24 hours of delivery are not accepted.
DPA will look into the issue and may, at its discretion, arrange a replacement or a refund (see the Refund & Return Policy).
